So what are we celebrating?

REWIND: CreativeMornings/Dallas is celebrating their 8th birthday in the local creative community. After reflecting all month on years of inspiring talks on a variety of themes from designers, artists, entrepreneurs, and social innovators, we want to end things with a bang. We’ll celebrate CreativeMornings’s global theme of “Endurance” with all the necessities of a great birthday party: complimentary sweets, camaraderie, and balloons! 

REVEAL: AIGA DFW is thrilled to release The Deck 2023, a collaborative project that shuffles together the creative work of 54 community members, printed by the wildly talented crew at Blanks on gorgeous paper stock from Lindenmeyr Munroe, all tied together in clever packaging designed by our friends at Balcom Agency. Join us as we unveil “The Deck 2023: Hit Songs of the 80s” for the first time, and snag your very own copy of this limited edition retro-music-inspired card deck. 

Come relax after work, make creative friends, and enjoy a night of libations, ‘80s karaoke, and new conversations – preferably while wearing your favorite ‘80s accessory for what should be a totally rad night! This free event is open to everyone in the DFW creative community; wine, beer, and cocktails will be available for purchase from the bar.

AIGA DFW is a nonprofit organization working to unite local designers in genuine community for collaborative support, increased opportunities, creative inspiration, and meaningful connection with like-minded individuals. Getting There

White Rock Brewing Co is a Texas craft brewery and taproom with an outdoor beer garden offering pizza, burgers, appetizers, and salads. If you plan to enjoy the beer, wine, and/or cocktails, please use a ride service. For those bringing a vehicle, there is limited parking available on the street and on the first floor of the parking garage across the street. Join us outside on the spacious covered patio overlooking the open beer garden.  

Accessibility

There is a sidewalk ramp wrapping around the building from the parking lot to get to the front door without using the front steps, and the primary outdoor patio space will we occupy as well as the karaoke stage area are both accessible and paved. There are additional parts of the outdoor area that are covered by astro turf and involving stepping down off the paved area.
