In this chat, we’ll explore how having a creative practice just for YOU - separate and apart from your professional work - can improve your overall health + well-being, your productivity and boost your immune function. We’ll explore tips for identifying where to start your daily habit and introduce best tips to sustain your new practice daily.

About Jill

Jill Elliott, founder of The Color Kind, is also a creative consultant, strategist, writer and artist curating a life around design and intentional living. A former chief creative officer for a global fashion brand, she brings 20+ years experience in the creative field. She's developed all varieties of creative strategy, from concept to campaign, product design to visual merchandising for small to large brands.

In 2017, Jill restarted her daily creative practice, as a way to manage transition and stress in her life. Curious about the peace, joy, flow and happiness she found from the practice, she began to research the true benefits of creativity on the mind, body and soul. Encouraged to invite others to start their own creative journey and enjoy the benefits for themselves, she founded The Color Kind. A space to inspire others to lead a creative life and build community.
